Payment
I accept payment in the form of Pay Pal
and US money order. Pay Pal is a secure method to submit credit card
payments over the internet. For your shopping convenience, you are NOT
required to set up a Pay Pal account to use this checkout. If you wish
to pay with a money order, please email me for payment address. Orders
paid with a money order will not be shipped until the funds are
deposited in my account. This can take an additional 7-10 days. A
surcharge of $15 will be applied to any payment that is returned for
non-sufficient funds.
If you would like to order a custom
bracelet, please do not use the shopping cart or checkout feature on
this website. After I receive your custom order information, I will
process your order and send you an email stating the final price and
instructions for payment.

Order Processing Time &
Shipping
Typical turnaround time for a
non-personalized piece is
24-48 hours. Personalized beaded pieces take approximately 7-10 days to create.
Personalized pieces in Precious Metal Clay take 10-14 days to create. If a custom order requires a component that I don't
normally stock, I will let you know upfront how much additional time is
required.
I charge $2 for shipping and handling to
US and Canada. Please email me for an international shipping quote. I ship via first class mail and typical delivery times range
between 1-5 days. If you are in a hurry, email me to discuss other
shipping arrangements. I will do everything I can to accommodate your
situation.

Returns
I will accept returns
only if the item is damaged or I have made an error. In the case
of damage or error, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the
item. The damaged item can be returned for a full refund, replacement or
repair.

Size Chart
When ordering, please be sure to include the desired length
of the bracelet. For a custom fit, measure the wrist and add 1/2 inch to the length
(or an inch if you desire a looser fit). If wrist size is unknown, I can
size the bracelet according to the child's age (see chart below). These
sizes are just an estimate: a custom measurement is always optimal.

Safety Tips
My children's jewelry is recommended for
girls age 3 and up. I do make jewelry for younger children but it should
only be used for special occasions and under the supervision of adults. For safety reasons, please do not leave
young children unattended while wearing jewelry. In the unlikely event
of breakage, beads can be a choking hazard. I am a mother myself, and I
know how important it is for these bracelets to be safe. I personally
inspect each bracelet for durability after it is made. These bracelets
are durable enough for everyday use. But because they are made with
glass beads, it is possible to break the bracelet if it is handled
improperly. So please exercise care and common sense when wearing the
jewelry.

Custom Ordering Information
When ordering a custom designed bracelet
(such as a mother's bracelet), please include the following information
in your request: number of strands, names, size, desired colors and any
other design preferences you might have. If desired, I can email you a
photo of the piece before shipping for your final approval.
